If you’re looking to learn a new skill, lose weight, tone up or simply want an alternative to ‘The Gym’ then you’ve come to the right place.
Bring a bottle of water, wear something to train in (like a t-shirt, shorts or joggers, trainers) and be prepared for a workout and a laugh.
Everyone is lovely and beginners are ALWAYS welcome!
We have 2 KDA classes per week in Crayford, each 2hr class is a combination of both Kickboxing and MMA.
Both these adult martial arts classes (ages 14 and up) are great for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced) and are very welcoming.
You don’t have to look fly, just be ready for a workout and a laugh!
You can train at either or both classes, whenever you choose.
Each class is 2hrs long and you don’t have to watch a class first, battle a horde of ninja warriors or have a pro fight record to join in – you just have to turn up and train 😀
You’ll get fitter, stronger and learn something every time!
